Why would I want a photograph of my child crying? Don't we all want images of our sweet babies being perfect, smiling doll babies?

Sure. It's great to have images of your child looking super happy and loving their little life. Definitely. But as a parent, you know your little angel is not laughing 100% of the day. Some days are hard, some are full of struggles and wails and boo hoo babies. Those need extra hugs, extra snuggles, extra love that only we can provide. Those days are hard now, but as our sweet ones grow up , they turn to our arms less and less for comfort. Those damp, sobbing hugs will become a sweet memory of when we could fix it with a kiss on the forehead and a song.

Personally, I love the crying baby images. There's something extra true and real about them and yes, I make them of my son too. Ou power as parents is limited. We can't take away their sorrows, but we can hug them into feeling better and those days are numbered.
